Our mission at Parrot Safari is to create an awareness and education between parrots and humans.
Parrots are the most popular pet in the world. Each day, we in the United States learn more about these avian beauties and are rapidly beginning to keep in line with the rest of the world.
Here at Parrot Safari, we are breeders of many different varieties of parrots. After hatching, our babies are hand fed to promote a close and tender bond between bird and human from the very start. We tame our birds in preparation for becoming a part of your family, and we train them to do tricks, talk, mimic and sing.
We have also begun behavior modification training. This we embrace as an opportunity to utilize our knowledge and patience and put it into action. Pleas refer to our “Behavior Modification” section to view our class schedule.
We use this training for birds to assist with biting, screaming, plucking, and other behavioral problems. Our goal in behavior modification is to get our birds (and yours) to be the best they can be with positive reinforcement training.
The Parrot Safari team and the management team have taken several classes and attended many seminars to continually stay up to date on the latest and greatest avian education. Through these classes, we have learned many things that we are putting to use here at Parrot Safari and passing on to you, our customers, in an effort to develop and lasting, loving bond with your avian friend.
